Our Tree and Shrub Guarantee
Our continuous goal is to provide you with the highest quality nursery plants and service possible in a friendly and beautiful shopping environment.
- We will give a store credit for the price paid on any landscape tree or shrub that has been planted in the ground outdoors and cared for, but failed to continue living, within one year of purchase.
- Return the tree or shrub with your sales receipt within one year of receipt date.
- Plants purchased at 40% off or more do not qualify for our tree and shrub guarantee.
- Roses and other plants are not included in this guarantee.
Return Policy
Products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase when accompanied by sales receipt. If you have a receipt and paid by:
| CASH | You will recieve a cash refund. |
| CREDIT CARD | You will recieve a credit on your credit card. |
| CHECK | You will receive a company check (or cash if less than $50.00) after ten banking days. |
| GIFT CARD | You will recieve a store credit. |
- If you do not have a receipt or are beyond 15 days, you may receive a store credit at our discretion.
- All returns and exchanges must be in sellable condition, with the exception of manufacturer's defects.
- Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise and services only.
- All sales of 40% off or more and special orders are final.
